KST A to Z
Multiple personality disorder, voices in her head

"Karen," a 35-year-old woman, came in complaining of low back pain. On her 5th visit she asked, "Do you think this can help with multiple personality disorder?" I said: "Maybe, since this helps to integrate the mind and body."
She answered that she had been diagnosed with multiple personality disorder and that since her 3rd visit (we were on her 5th) she had not heard "the voices in her head anymore. I have had them since I can remember...and I miss them!"
I did the usual KST priorities. She had very good results with her low back pain and mentioned that she also got a great night's sleep. We didn't do anything special, just the priorities and tried to end the session with a wave to take care of any residual emotional stuff. The only time we specifically worked on emotions is when she wanted to get rid of drinking Mountain Dew!
