I have probably tested "boy or girl" over a hundred times in my practice. I have been wrong three times. So, I would say the OD is pretty right on. I do know that in all three cases, I asked really early on in the pregnancy, I got boy for all 3 and all moms were sure they were having a boy.

One thing I have learned is that it is all in the question. I was getting yes to "pregnant" on a patient every time she came in and there was no way she was pregnant. It turned out that there was a tumor in her uterus that was sending a false positive. So, I have learned to ask if there is a "fetus."
