Retracing - auto accident

A family was in a severe car accident five years ago. Both parents and little brother were killed leaving three orphaned children. All three had concussions. Their grandparents take care of them now.
The grandmother called to say, "What did you do to the kids? They are acting emotionally as they did five years ago after the accident, and I broke out in a rash."
This was major retracing! I told her that that was great and explained retracing.
