He's 61-year-old who has worked hard his whole life. He and his wife have been cattle ranchers in Wyoming for the past 30 years, currently running about 300 head with no help! I usually see him only once in the spring, summer and fall.

He avoids medical doctors unless stitches or surgery are required, and he has had plenty of both.

I saw him this morning and his major complaint was his left shoulder. He had surgery on it once. From dawn to dusk he has spent the past couple of months calving/tagging/branding, etc. His range of motion was restricted to 90 degrees flexion and not quite 90 degrees abduction with 7/10 pain with all movement.

I released a scar on left shoulder, muscles, humerus with patient actively internally and externally rotating and left anterior ribs.

OD said done. His range of motion was completely full and pain free! He was happy to be able to put his hat on without pain.
