Spinal pain, leg, hip and pain – self-adjusting

James Hogsed, D.C.

Fort Myers, Florida

An airplane nightmare! I was at the window seat and the person sitting next to me in the center seat was 6'5" and 320 lbs. I felt like a sardine, my face was stuck to the window. I WAS TRAPPED!

I could literally feel my right hip, knee and pelvis subluxate as pain began radiating from my hip, pelvis, knees and buttocks down my leg.

The next day the pain became progressive to 5/10. I was walking and sitting with major difficulty. A chiropractor adjusted me (non-KST) twice with no relief. The next day and night I was 9/10, limping and antalgic.

Again, I got two more (non-KST) adjustments with no relief. When I got home my wife said I'd have to see an orthopedic surgeon. I replied, "I'm gonna fix it."

Using KST I adjusted my hip, sacrum, knee, femur, tibia, lumbars, L5 disc and other structures. I immediately had a 50% relief from pain and was able to sleep and work the next day.

The next day I had 85-90% relief, followed by 18 holes of golf!
