KST A to Z

TMJ connected to leg

Sandy Watt, DC

Calgary, Alberta, Canada

I have found KST to be the best way to treat extremity problems by a long shot. I used to be an extremity adjusting instructor, made extremity adjusting videos, and taught numerous chiropractors. I don't do any of that stuff anymore; it is all KST.

When I check joint function the way I used to and then do a KST workup on it and adjust it, it always clears the problem.

The ability to adjust in position of pain and during motion puts you light years ahead of everyone else. You might be surprised what you see in other areas of the body when you clear up the extremity problems.

For example, I corrected a proximal tibial-fibula and cleared up a 20-year-old TMJ problem in one patient. Her mouth just popped open and she had a full range of motion for the first time in decades.

These stories are practitioner-reported experiences presented for educational and historical purposes. Individual experiences vary. They are not medical advice, do not establish that KST treats or cures any disease, and should not be used as a reason to delay appropriate or emergency care or independently discontinue prescribed medication.
