A surgical nurse with left sciatica. I went through the protocol and asked about the POS.
She seemed embarrassed. She said that during surgery the patient was getting warmer, so she put an ice pack under the body, and the patient slid off the table to the floor. I laughed (of course). She got hurt when picking him up, so we found the POS and adjusted S2 left CW, and S5 left CCW, and the pain was gone immediately.
She never told me what happened to the patient.
