Abdominal pain - dropped uterus, pyloric valve

I recently saw a 26-year-old female who had been suffering with chronic abdominal pain after ectopic pregnancy surgery one-year prior.
She had further surgery to remove an ovarian cyst. Her MRI and ultrasound scans showed no abnormalities, but she was taking a collection of strong pain medications in order to function.
What showed up with KST was a dropped uterus and pyloric valve dysfunction.
After three visits, she is pain free and off the meds she had been on for one year. I would have had no idea how to approach this case without KST.
