Acute TMJ dysfunction

One of my new patients yesterday had an acute episode of TMJ dysfunction; she could not open her mouth more than one finger width and was panicked.
She had the panic pattern, sphenoid pattern, palate, TMJ disc, and a head trauma pattern that was from a fracture to the occiput years ago.
I adjusted everything that I found and afterward she could almost put three fingers into her mouth.
Today she returned pain free and able to function once again. She was very pleased and referred another patient who came with her today.
