A 13-year-old boy who was recently put on meds for ADD was brought to my office. The mother did not want her child on drugs; she had concerns that one of the side effects of the meds is suicidal tendencies!
I started adjusting him with KST. At the end of the session, I found the emotion "hurt" and asked him to think about what that word meant to him. I then cleared the pattern that showed up.
I spoke to his mom last night, and she said he had a great night’s sleep and felt great. She took him off his meds, and he is now able to focus in school.
