I have worked with two boys with ADHD, one of whom was on Ritalin™, and both were having behavioural problems at school. I used the OD to ask if I could adjust them and, in both cases, got a yes.

I then went through the routine of priorities until they cleared. I saw each of them four times.

After the fourth visit the child who was on Ritalin™ was taken off the drug and the school called to comment on how much the child had changed behaviourally. The other child who was not so severe was also behaving differently and beginning to make progress at school.
