Tracy J has left upper back and neck pain with pain down her arm and hand. She has tried various doctors, but no one helped; in fact, she had been getting worse. This has affected her life profoundly; she is unable to do anything without pain. It has also affected her marriage; last year, on their anniversary, the pain prevented them from traveling.
