Arm, shoulder, neck, hand pain radiating to the shoulder

This patient had a two-week history of moderately severe upper arm pain that radiated up into his shoulder and neck and down his arm and into his hand after a bee sting in his triceps. Medical care was ineffective, but they guessed that the sting had gotten into a nerve.
He was feeling so much better that he canceled his 2nd visit because he was getting ready for a trip.
