KST A to Z
Atrial fibrillation
Mara Tabares, DC
Danbury, Connecticut
My Dad has had A-fib for about 3 years; all the while he has been getting adjusted by his personal chiropractor and me.
I started doing KST on him about 1½ glorious years ago. I learned about the lateral sternum and have been adjusting him for it ever since.
Also, my grandmother (Dad's mom) has atrial fibrillation as well, and I started working on her remotely and... well, her a-fib is gone. She was not able to walk more than 4-5 feet without shortness of breath...and when you are 90, that can feel like a very bad and scary situation.
I adjust her remotely or using my Dad as a surrogate. She has not had an incident in about one year. She calls me the "witch of Connecticut."
Follow-up 6 months later: My father's A-fib appears between once a week to once a month, and is less frequent than before we started. My grandmother has had no A-fib, nor dehydration, nor hospital stays since I started adjusting her remotely.
