KST A to Z
Baby - not sleeping, ear infections
Beth Bronemann, DC

A beautiful 18-month-old girl was brought on Monday by Gramma to "make this child sleep, please!" She had double ear infections and a history of short stints of sleeping in her own bed and then getting into Gramma's bed, but still not sleeping restfully. Cranky household, I'd say.
The toddler constantly touches her head with her hands and pulls her own hair when mad. I found an inferior occiput, left anterior sphenoid, superior frontal and left C1.
Her OD revealed the emotion of "empty" – mom is absent emotionally and often physically due to her drug addiction. That’s why Gramma has custody. I followed the OD and adjusted what came up.
On Wednesday, she's sleeping so much better! She's not pulling at her ears, the runny nose stopped, and Gramma quit giving the antibiotic.
