KST A to Z
Back pain for ten years in middle-aged man
Kristine Jelstrup, LMT

A 42-year-old man is a new client. His wife, a client of many years is tired of listening to him complain about his back pain and made him come see me.
He injured his low back over 10 years ago lifting his niece up into the air and has been in pain ever since. His MRI report showed disc desiccation, annular tear, and nerve root compression.
Since I am a massage therapist, I concentrate on releasing blockages along the nerve pathway and tap there. I used KST to find where to go and got bilateral sphenoids, frontal, L parietal, occipital fibers, meningeal release, C2, L4 and L5 in various POS.
He leaves feeling great. Three days later he’s back, laughing, with absolutely no pain for the first time in 10 years. Six months later he is running again, sleeping great, and has no problems whatsoever.
