Bell’s Palsy – chemical reaction

A Bell’s Palsy patient came in today. She said it was just starting to droop and feel like the last time she had it.
At first when I checked her, I got chemical. She had just stopped taking one of her meds for Crohn’s disease, so I checked for detox reaction and got a yes. I also got ocular lock.
All symptoms were gone except for a slight twinge by the end of the visit.
