Brain fog

My patient was in a car accident. She came in the next day telling me how bad her headache was and how foggy her brain was.
I went through the priorities and parietal came up first. I adjusted her and the OD was level; she was processing, I couldn't hurry it up. We had her rest.
Soon her headache was gone and the fog lifted.
