Prior to learning KST, I was using the Webster breech technique in my practice and many babies turned vertex...except mine! I was lucky in a sense because we did not know it until she was born, and we were able to have the water birth that we planned.

But talk about doubting. Here I was trying to educate patients and professionals about the benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy, and I (who had been adjusted at least weekly) had a breech baby!

I took my first KST seminar last year and the rest is history. Just being able to ask the baby if s/he can turn and is it OK to proceed is simply incredible.
