Mary is a 67-year-old woman with low back pain who was referred in by a patient who told her I could adjust her without the "cracks and snaps." She hadn't mentioned her pancreatic cancer metastasized to her liver on her intake form, only revealing it when she asked if care could adversely affect her "other problem."

She wasn't a candidate for surgery due to how advanced it was. I explained I don't work on cancer, but would be removing interferences to her body's healing ability. I proceeded with KST, adjusted the priorities, then asked if a cancer pattern was present and got a positive OD, and continued adjusting it over several visits.

The patient who referred her said that at her follow-up exam, no evidence was found of liver metastasis, the pancreatic cancer appeared smaller, and she was now a candidate for surgery. Six months later she called to say the surgery was a success and she was healing well.
