Cardiac insufficiency, pelvis and hip pain

A male patient 75-years-old suffering from cardiac insufficiency had pelvic pain and hip pain so bad that he could not walk anymore.
His MD said he needed another hip replacement, but since he was on blood-thinning drugs for his heart, surgery wasn't possible. Patient said he did not want to live anymore since he had no joy in life.
I found a severe PI Ilium on the right along with subluxations of the femur heads, sacrum and many parts of the spine.
After a few adjustments he could walk again; his pain decreased to a very acceptable level. He got back into enjoying life, started playing golf again, and doesn't want to die anymore.
