Choking gagging

Patient Elizabeth, age 36, female, main complaint was a consistent, nagging choking sensation in her throat - almost a gagging.
I found sphenoid anterior bilaterally and hyoid. She took a swallow and could not believe what had happened!
For the first time in about 20 years, she was gag-free!
