I had a similar case with an 80-year-old who had major dis-ease issues. Over several months of care his quality of life improved tremendously: he had more energy overall, his voice improved (adjusted larynx), breathing improved from emphysema and debilitating leg pain resolved. He could do what he wanted and was very happy. And then one day he died.

If we cling to living on earth, we need comforting explanations for death, but we don't decide when to be born or when to die. As chiropractors, we do our best to free people physically, emotionally and spiritually. An intelligence far greater than that of our personal intellect controls our birth, death, and if we let it, everything in between.
