Crying (inconsolable)

Mom called the office in a panic. Her four-month-old baby has had inconsolable crying all morning. The family lives 30 minutes away and happened to be nearby, wanting to get in for a visit.
The baby had a panic pattern, right lateral frontal, anterior right talus, post right tibia, stomach twisted CCW. I also found using the OD that the baby hates a dangly toy thing in the car seat, so I advised it be removed.
Baby fell asleep immediately - out cold! Mom was in tears and my office manager was looking at me with a "now-that-was-cool" look.
