KST A to Z
Defensive posture/back pain/jaw problems
Ralph Mitchell, DC
Claygate, United Kingdom
Gurvinder B. age 41 has had intermittent back pain and jaw problems for 20 years since her wisdom teeth were extracted. She also finds herself sleeping with her right arm pulled up and in across her chest and face.
While walking around town she had a near miss with a cyclist, adopted a defensive posture and screamed involuntarily. Afterward she reported feeling dizzy, edgy, uncomfortable and in a defensive posture.
I adjusted her in this posture; we found a trapped emotion of "shock" at T4 and right zygomatic inferior. Age 4 came up with no conscious memory from that time, but we adjusted it and straight away she felt happy and clear again.
