Dental pain - tooth adjustment

A 68-year-old woman tripped on uneven pavement and fell, hitting her mouth on the edge of a concrete step. The impact split her lip, chipping and cracking a front tooth.
She had her lip glued back together at the ER and saw a dentist, who said she would require both a root canal and a crown after her lip healed.
She came in two and a half weeks after her injury, complaining the pain in her tooth was getting very bad. I found the left upper incisor inferior and lateral and made corrections with the ArthroStim. She exclaimed, "That's miraculous!" The pain almost completely disappeared. After 3 more tooth adjustments, she remained pain free and the root canal and crown were canceled.
