Dental – syringomyelia, chronic pain

Patient comes in complaining of chronic pain, lower cervical and low lumbar. He was diagnosed with a syringomyelia (a fluid-filled cyst within the spinal cord) which can enlarge over time, damaging the spinal cord.
KST finding: Dental, tooth 4th right hand side. The patient went to his dentist, nothing found; a maxillofacial surgeon, nothing found; his own dentist in Poland sent him to a jaw specialist, and a seriously infected tooth was pulled out (it wasn't the 4th, but the 7th tooth, but hey, it was right side...). Thankfully, the patient took my advice seriously! Sometimes you know it is RIGHT!
