Patient is a developmentally disabled 6-year-old with microencephaly (small brain) and cerebellar hypoplasia (undeveloped cerebellum). He is able to walk, but with an ataxic gait, bouncing from one wall to another down the hallway. He has a friendly smile but his vocabulary is limited to a few words.
Due to his fidgeting, I did the air OD and corrected the occiput and sacrum that were primary. Following care with the arthrostim, his gait was steadier, and he had greater interest in food, fewer falls, and increased talking. Care continues.
