Dog running into walls

I KST'D a 3-month-old black lab at the Pet Shop who was running into walls and having trouble seeing. His pupils were tremendously dilated.
I adjusted Atlas and C2.
The pet shop called me three hours later to say the puppy could now see and his pupils were back to normal! They could not believe it.
Just another day and miracle!
