Dog unable to walk

We were in the mountains walking with our dog Mojito, aged 8-9 years. On the second day, he started to limp on his right front leg, eventually he couldn't walk and we had to carry him for more than an hour back to the car.
At first I was thinking arthrosis, but I had my arthrostim with me and checked him and got humerus posterior. I adjusted him.
The next day he walked completely normal! I then remembered that on arrival day he was so excited he jumped out of the car (1.20 m, quite high for him) and touched down on an incline - that was the trauma that had caused the problem.
