A 52-year-old man with severe Down syndrome was brought to my office by his foster mother, who had received relief from her lower back pain under my care.

He is nonverbal and blind from gouging his eyes and detaching the retina. He has permanent bruises on his head from attacking himself.

I adjusted him Monday with KST. On Wednesday, his foster mother said that in the 36 years she has had him, he has hit himself every day. Since Monday's adjustment, he has not hit himself at all, seems more at ease, and sleeps better. Friday update: still no self-attacks since his first adjustment.
