Ear noises

I have a patient who is a dentist and was suffering from ear noises for three months, reporting it sounded like a 'z frequency.' She was ready to be operated on to drain 'some liquids' from her ear.
I saw her twice; both times her temporals needed correction, in opposite directions on each side. Parietal also needed correction.
All her ear noises disappeared by the second visit.
