Ear pain – behind the ear

A gentleman in his 50's has been having pain in head behind the right ear for two months came in for care. He had had a CT scan; the MDs couldn't find anything and had no idea what was causing his symptoms.
He has restricted cervical range of motion; when backing up the car he has to turn his entire body to do it.
I adjusted his sacrum, occiput and atlas. I checked his range of motion post adjustment and all had increased. While walking out the door he says, "The pain is gone, I came in here with it and now it is gone."
