Fluid in lungs

I have a patient who recently had twin daughters via caesarian and ended up with lung fluid.
After three visits, which included visceroptosis of lung, I asked the question, "Is there still fluid in the lungs?" The answer: no. Her medical check-up the next day showed no fluid on her lungs. How amazing is this KST work?
