Foot arches reversed

Just this morning I had a lady patient with her foot arches going the wrong way. The bottom of her foot actually bowed out!! Crazy looking to say the least!
Got OD for the Navicular (it had dropped). As soon as I tapped it I watched her arches come back!! WOW!! I have seen people post seeing changes like that, but to see it in person holy cow!
