Foot drop, paraesthesia and sciatica

A 28-year-old male with two annular tears at L4 and L5 was suffering from very severe sciatic pain, foot drop and paresthesia. He came in walking on crutches due to the pain and was scheduled for a surgical consult that week.
Using the OD I found sacral tuberous ligament left, sacral pattern, L5 and L4 disc adjustments and T12.
After four weeks he was able to walk down the aisle unassisted to his own wedding! After nine weeks he was no longer a surgical candidate.
