Goiter

About three months ago I saw a female, age 49, who had a very large goiter. Her doctor wanted her to have an operation, but she refused. Instead she asked me to shoot her with my 'Magic Ray Gun' (her words).
After about three weeks she came back for a follow-up, and I found the goiter had reduced by a third.
Today she came again and to my great surprise the goiter had gone completely. I told her to show her doctor, but she said no, as he would not believe it could happen without surgery.
