Head trauma in the bathroom

A 55-year-old female fainted in the bathroom and hit her head on the sink. She said she hasn't felt "right" since then.
I think the most important adjustment I did with her was for ocular lock. I adjusted her eye fixations clockwise and counterclockwise.
She said she instantly felt much better, much more like herself; her vision was clearer, and she felt more grounded.
