Headache 10/10 in teenager

A teenage boy with headaches on a pain scale of ten out of ten (10/10) for the last three weeks. He has seen a neurologist, family doctor and ER, has tried six different medications, one which put him in anaphylactic shock. The pain caused him to miss out on school celebrations and life.
At the office, he could barely comprehend the intake form; he said the days had all mixed together and felt like one long day.
After the first visit, with much cranial work, he left with no headache. He awoke the next day with a 6/10 headache and two days later woke up with a 2/10 headache. After his 2nd adjustment he left the office with no headache.
