Headaches 20 years (Occipital)

Patient suffered with chronic occipital headaches every day for 20 years. She had several adjustments but with minimal changes, until I thought about checking the palate. I got an OD on the palate and asked if she ever had any dental problems or problems in her mouth.
She then remembered that her headaches started after getting braces and wearing a retainer.
I adjusted the palate, and she began to feel a change. With three palate adjustments, the 20-year-old headaches are gone and have not returned.
