Male aged 33 with a history of daily headaches varying from mild to extreme since age 12.
Adjustment of C1, C4 and C6 all out on right as the patient rotated his head to right and in extension at the same time. (From case history patient was forceps delivery.)
Two adjustments, headaches cleared completely.
