A lady came into my office with chest pains and pain down her arm. She is worried about a heart attack.

Using the OD I asked: Heart? Yes. Attack? No. Attack of the heart? YES. Current problem? No. Past problem? YES. Age? 22.

I asked her what was going on at 22 and she started to weep, deep weeping: "That is when I broke up with the love of my life. He just showed back up on Facebook."

I asked the OD if that was the problem: YES. Anything to adjust for it? No. Anything to do for it? YES. Talk to husband? Yes. Confirm love to him? Yes. So I told her simply go and reaffirm her love for her husband. That was it. That night I got this email: "Thank You! I was able to relax and enjoy my evening with NO heart issues! AMAZING!"
