KST A to Z
Hip, leg pain, anger, memory

Albert, aged 83, had a 30-year history of intermittent right leg sciatic pain, plus pain in his right hip radiating to the lateral right calf when walking, intermittent pain over the left SI joint, sternum, and anterior right shoulder, worsening over the prior six months.
He had a prior diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the right hip and osteoporosis, plus open-heart surgery for a mitral valve, intestinal surgery, and a past brain blood clot. His main concern was walking well enough to attend his son's 50th birthday in Singapore.
I saw him 14 times over four months, only using KST. The left SI, sternum and shoulder pain resolved but the right hip and calf continued to cause pain on walking. The last time I saw him, he noted two major changes: he felt less angry, and his short-term memory had improved. He was then off to Singapore for two months.
