Keratoconus

My 29-year-old son was diagnosed with keratoconus (a condition in which the eye's cornea is unable to hold its round shape, affecting vision).
He has been seeing an ophthalmologist, and they've been discussing his need for surgery. In the meantime, I've been adjusting him. His right eye frequently comes up needing adjustment (closed, looking straight ahead).
He returned from his most recent appointment and told me the ophthalmologist just wants him to continue using contact lenses for only another six months since his eye has improved. When asked what he'd been doing to improve, my son told him about the KST. The doc's reply was, "Wow. I should send all my keratoconus patients to see him!"
