My 29-year-old son was diagnosed with keratoconus (a condition in which the eye's cornea is unable to hold its round shape, affecting vision).
He has been seeing an ophthalmologist and they've been discussing his need for surgery. In the meantime, I've been adjusting him. His right eye frequently comes up needing adjustment.
He returned from his most recent appointment and told me the ophthalmologist just wants him to continue using contact lenses for another six months since his eye has improved.
When the ophthalmologist asked him what he'd been doing to improve his eyes, my son told him that I had been using KST on him.
The doc's reply was "Wow. I should send all my keratoconus patients to see him!"
