Knee pain gone – self-adjusting

Mark Lynch, DC

Bayville, New Jersey

I had fallen hard on my left knee. For a month it felt weak and strained in different positions of use. I thought it would return to normal function on its own but never did.

Out came the trusty arthrostim and the KST questions. Many knee structures were out of alignment: kneecap superior, inferior femur lateral and torqued clockwise, superior tibia anterior and torqued counterclockwise, superior fibula anterior, inferior fibula anterior, and inferior.

I adjusted the structures statically and in motion. The knee pain and weakness faded away in 10 minutes and didn't return.
