Leg, hip and spine pain – self-adjusting

James Hogsed, D.C.

Fort Myers, Florida

An airplane nightmare! I was at the window seat, and the person next to me was 6'5" and 320 lbs. I felt trapped. I could literally feel my right hip, knee, and pelvis subluxate as pain began radiating down my leg.

The next day the pain became progressive to 5/10, then 9/10 the following day, limping and antalgic. A chiropractor (non-KST) adjusted me twice with no relief, then two more times, still no relief. My wife said I'd have to see an orthopedic surgeon.

I replied, "I'm gonna fix it." Using KST, I adjusted my hip, sacrum, knee, femur, tibia, lumbars, L5 disc, and other structures. Immediately 50% relief, slept and worked the next day. The day after, 85-90% relief, followed by 18 holes of golf!
