Lower back and leg pain

A city road worker came into the clinic with lower back pain and leg pain. He rated it a 10 out of 10. He hadn't slept a full night in over a month.
I followed the OD and adjusted what presented.
He came in today and said how 'weird' this was. I asked him why it was weird, and he replied that he had no pain today and slept completely through the night. I like that kind of weird.
