Patient received a tick bite in May of 2009 and was started on antibiotics, then used a homeopathic Lyme remedy. She began having heart palpitations, arm/shoulder pain, left-sided face drooping/weakness with numbness, and knee/finger pain for two weeks that didn't recur. Two Lyme tests were negative. An oral surgeon believed the jaw pain was neurological.

With so much going on, I was surprised when the only thing that came up was a menopause pattern. A week later, symptoms much improved but still a menopause pattern, so I adjusted that. Today, no menopause pattern, and she is almost completely symptom-free.
