He came in first thing Monday with his left arm guarded against his chest, dragging right foot in pain and zero ROM in cervical spine, unable to sleep, dress himself, or eat.

His adjustment was given in the seated position, the position of injury. The most interesting adjustment noted was to his C3 vertebra, which made his low back pain vanish immediately. He also gained ability to abduct his left shoulder to 90 degrees and swallow with no discomfort.

That night, he slept the entire night without waking, could dress himself, and did not need his wife's help.
